Chuck Grace, CMA CPA CMC, is a member of faculty at Western University’s Richard Ivey School of Business where he teaches courses on both institutional and personal investing. Prior to pursuing his passion for teaching, Chuck held a progression of senior management positions with one of Canada’s largest insurance and wealth management companies, culminating in his role as COO for Quadrus Investment Services. When not teaching, he stays grounded in the realities of Canada’s wealth management industry by providing strategic consulting advice to firms attempting to thrive in this highly competitive arena. Chuck chaired Ivey's advisory council for Household Finance research,regularly presents at industry events, writes for industry publications and has authored over 20 case studies for Ivey Publishing. When not working, you will find Chuck with his friends & family or in a swimming pool.

John helps leaders – from fortune 100’s to smaller privately held firms - build clear and executable strategies rooted in Stakeholder needs and a pragmatic understanding of their current circumstances. John works alongside the organization’s Leadership to help develop the required disciplines and processes to ensure sustainable success.Prior to John’s consulting career he worked in a number of Senior Executive roles (Apple Computer, Blackburn Group) where he developed his Leadership, strategic planning and implementation capabilities.When not working John is delightfully immersed in a busy family life and contributing to the community through various board roles.
